How do I exchange my order?

If you've purchased the wrong size NICI, or would simply like a deliciously different design, then the quickest & easiest thing to do is simply place a new order that can be despatched immediately. Then, to return your original order, simply follow our instructions below for returning your NICI.

How do I return my order?

Please complete the form below so that we can supply you with a Tracked 48 Returns Label. This means that you can simply return your order at a Post Office without any charge, and when your return has been received we will simply deduct the cost of your Tracked 48 Returns Label (£4.95). This service is fully tracked and insured against loss in transit. If you’d prefer to use an alternative method, then simply return your order to the address on your receipt. We recommend using a trackable service that will safeguard you against loss.

Your refund rights

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product(s) to us, following the instructions above. Under the 'Distance Selling Regulations', if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 14 days of receipt. If you return your order in full, this includes the basic saver delivery charge (within the UK). If your order qualified for free or reduced rate shipping, this will be taken into account when processing your refund. Should your order value no longer qualify for free or reduced rate shipping, the difference will be deducted from your refund. Gift packaging is non-refundable.

Condition of returned items

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to ensure they don't get damaged in transit. If they do become damaged due to poor packaging, or if you've reduced the value of the items, ie. removed the cardboard tags, we're unable to offer a refund.

Missing, incomplete, or damaged orders

If your order is obviously incomplete or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our sales team. Any claim for non-delivery must be made in writing within 30 days of dispatch. If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please call us on 0345 226 2227.
